- What is the status of my order?
- We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received, and to let you know when it has been dispatched. UK customers will receive their tracking number as part of that email, while overseas customers will be be sent their tracking number as soon as possible after posting.

- What means of delivery do you use?
- All our parcels are sent using Royal Mail services.Your order will be sent as a 'Special Delivery by 1pm' or as an 'International Signed For' parcel.
- How up to date is your website?
- We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible. If there is a problem with an item of stock we will inform you within 24 hours and refund immediately. We will let you know when an item has been dispatched. This again will take place within 24 hours.
- We do not keep copies of your personal banking details. We use Barclays' Business Merchant services.
- All information provided to us is strictly confidential. We are bound by the 1998 Data Protection Act, as such we have to contact you before disclosing your details. However, we will never share or sell your details to any third party. You trust us; we trust you.

Refunds and Returns:
- We are happy to refund purchases returned via registered mail in their original condition and securely packed within 7 working days of receipt of goods. 14 days for international orders. We will refund any sums paid to us apart from postage and packing. Items returned which are not in their original condition will not be refunded and will be sent back at the customer's cost.
- Prior to return please contact us via email at email@example.com in order to obtain the necessary paperwork to return goods. Upon our receipt of goods which fulfil the above stated criteria we will refund your credit/debit card within 30 Days.
- We cannot refund any items that incur import charges. In order to avoid this we recommend using a registered mail service which requires signature upon delivery rather than a courier company.
